Resumes Benson Theatrical Aaron Benson Aaron holds his MFA in Scenic Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Aaron’s roots in the theater have always been that of a carpenter who was an artist at heart. He enjoys work as a Scenic Designer and also as a Technical Director. As a Scenic Designer, his work has been seen at Center Repertory Theater (Walnut Creek CA),Santa Rosa Repertory Theater, as well as colleges and universities in California, Illinois and Ohio. As a Technical Director he has had the honor of directing the shops and bringing designer’s visions to life at The Utah Shakespearean Festival, Center Repertory Theater and Fullerton College. Tesia Benson Tesia holds her MFA in Costume Design from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Tesia came to theater through a combined love of art, history, clothing, literature and live performance. She is never so happy as when line, form, texture and color come together in one fabulous expression of character through costume that is the icing on the cake of an inspired performance. As a Costume Designer, her work has been seen at the Ohio Theater with Opera Cleveland, Near West Theater, as well as colleges and universities in California and Ohio. Most recently in her travels across the greater Cleveland area, she has had the pleasure of working at Opera Cleveland not only as Costume Coordinator, but also as Properties Master.
